Memories of Honor produces and hosts several 5K events that honor the sacrifices made by our fallen service members and their families.
“We believe our fallen service members and their families deserve to be honored and remembered not just on Memorial Day, but every day,” said Amy Cotta, founder of Memories of Honor. “Our mission is to make Memorial Day every day by creating living, breathing memorials so that no loss of life as a result of service to our country is forgotten.”
More than “just another” 5K, HTF5K is a family and pet friendly community event where friends of all ages, backgrounds and abilities join in unity to show their love and their support for the families of our nation’s fallen heroes. And also to honor our military and first responders, past and present.
HTF5K uniquely promotes patriotism and gratitude when attendees wear a Fallen Hero Memorial Bib featuring the name of a fallen U.S. service member. Many families of the disappeared are on hand to meet the participants.
