Built in 2006, Asprey House was one of the first builds by Octagon Developments, which operates primarily outside London and is known for building £10-20 million ($13.46 million) stately homes US).

Sellers of the house are award-winning composers Tony and Gaynor Sadler, who have worked with many big names including the British Broadcasting Corp. and automaker BMW, Madden said. The house contains a music studio the Sadlers have worked in for years that could be kept as a studio or turned into a media room.

The affluent residential area is located in the village of Sunningdale, in the southeast corner of Berkshire, in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Sunningdale has a charming town center and a train station on the Waterloo-Reading line, with London city center reachable by train in less than an hour.

Ideal for golf enthusiasts, the area is home to Sunningdale and Wentworth Golf Clubs, while it is only five to 10 minutes drive from the large town of Ascot, as well as Ascot Racecourse.

Asprey House provides an excellent catchment area for leading schools such as Eton College, Wellington College, St. Mary’s School and private preparatory schools such as Sunningdale School, St. John’s Beaumont, Bishopsgate School and St. George’s Windsor.
